The kindergarten has about 30 children, and is a multi-age kindergarten for ages 3-6 years.
We always strive for a numerical balance between Hebrew speakers and Arabic speakers, but this year there are more Hebrew speakers in the kindergarten than Arabic speakers.
Our team has been working together in harmony for several years and it employs three permanent gardeners and additional staff members who support them in various activities, such as maids, volunteers (from Germany and the country) and operators of various classes.
The staff consists of both Hebrew and Arabic speakers and both languages are spoken on a daily basis in the kindergarten (in songs, stories and blessings).
The framework operates six days a week, between 07:30 and 13:30 (except Friday which is a short school day), during which the children spend time in the kindergarten itself, engage in various crafts, work and play in the yard, and go out for a regular week of activities in the forest near the kindergarten .
